【科技】Google Court Doc Open Web Is In Rapid Decline
Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai, said in May that web publishing is not dying. Nick Fox, VP of Search at Google, said in May that the web is thriving. But in a court document filed by Google on late Friday, Google's lawyers wrote, "The fact is that today, the open web is already in rapid decline."
张口就来也是一种大公司病。world wide web 宇宙的黄金年代已经远去，在各个小宇宙自循环的时代里，加上 Google 在 AI 的帮助下把流量留在自己站内，互联网流量快速下滑是符合预期，但是让人不太开心的一件事。

- 荣耀罗巍评苹果 iPhone 方形 Sensor 是否有用 正方形 CMOS 在我还在做相机产品经理的时候就想要了，近期大疆的新品也用了，虽然场景完全不同，但是好极了。
- iPhone 17 Pro / Max GPU 跑分曝光 苹果 GPU 进入快车道了，估计未来几年会 tik-tok 节奏快速拉升，利好本地模型。

- 苹果简化 iOS 26 相机控制体验，设置 iPhone 17 等新机时可禁用其高级功能 Camera Control 是继 Force Touch 之后，苹果第二个滑铁卢的软硬一体交互创新，我没日常用过，给父母买的手机有，试用的感受是不符合直觉，估计下一代就砍了。
我自己到现在还没补发布会完整版，看了一图流决定下周约一个上门换电池，iPhone 13 mini 至少还能用两年。
【AI】Anthropic agrees to pay $1.5 billion to settle author class action
Alsup that Anthropic made fair use of the authors' work to train Claude, but found that the company violated their rights by saving more than 7 million pirated books to a "central library" that would not necessarily be used for that purpose. ... The pivotal fair-use question is still being debated in other AI copyright cases. Another San Francisco judge hearing a similar ongoing lawsuit against Meta that using copyrighted work without permission to train AI would be unlawful in "many circumstances."
这个案子还挺复杂的，乍一看像是说不能用版权内容训练 AI，实际上判的是 AI 公司从网上下载盗版书存起来训练 AI 这件事。而用合法购买的书训练 AI 并用于商业用途是不是合法，还在辩。我们这边倒是没听到什么声音。

- GPT-4o 见 AV 女优的次数比「您好」还多 2.6 倍，AI 正在被中文互联网疯狂污染？ 论文我还没看，但是考虑到模型最好的结果就是无限接近数据集，可能清洗数据才是炼丹最重要的一步。
