前两天回了趟长春，和好久不见的朋友吃了一顿朋友喝了点酒。有点感想：
- 北京和长春之间高铁只要4个小时真方便，中间只停沈阳北一站
- 第一次在车上用 Vision Pro，大屏真爽，环境一开也不用社恐了，啥都看不见
- 但是最好还是配合 AirPods Pro 使用，我们头大的用 AirPods Max 戴不上根本
- 这两天长春出奇的热，比北京还热，极端天气越来越多
- 北京已经吃不到狗肉了，我觉得不让人吃狗肉是不文明的，是野蛮的，是田园的，是愚蠢的

在这个时代存活下来的老板，到了他们40、50岁以后，会对他们年轻时的成功经验产生路径依赖。如果给他们搭配的是同一个年龄段的律师，别说是客户信奉打官司就是打关系，有不小的概率那律师也是这么给客户说的。
这些人从骨子里就不相信法治社会，以及司法环境对营商环境的意义。
而老板们大比例集中在这个年龄段。
酒后刷微博看到的，感觉这个解读很合理。人都会有路径依赖。
【苹果】Spatial Photo (visionOS 2) vs. Spatial Scene (visionOS 26) explained
A Spatial Photo is a regular photo enhanced with depth information, creating a 3D-like effect when viewed on Apple Vision Pro. It retains the original resolution and adds a sense of depthbut the effect works best when you keep your head relatively still.
A Spatial Scene, introduced in visionOS 26, uses a new method based on Gaussian Splatting. This technique allows AI to reconstruct the scene by generating pixels behind objects, so the illusion of depth holds up when you move your head. It also tends to look more natural than a Spatial Photo. However, to achieve this effect, the image needs to be cropped more significantly, and the resolution is also reduced.
The good news: you can always choose between both methods. Spatial Scene doesn’t overwrite your existing Spatial Photos — it acts like an additional layer that can be toggled on or off at any time.
Don't like Spatial Scenes? You can also continue to generate Spatial Photos by tapping the “…” contextual menu and selecting Create Spatial Photo.
两周前我错误的把 Spatial Scene 理解为现有 Spatial Photo 的功能下放了，这条推特解释了一下，背后的技术和观感差别挺大的，原文不长但是有个演示视频，很直观。
【苹果】APPLE MAKES BIG APP STORE CHANGES IN THE EU
Tiered App Store fees. For today’s full-service App Store, developers will now pay 13% on sales, reduced to 10% for Small Business Program members. Or developers can opt into “Tier One”, which comes with a 5% fee but does not support a raft of App Store features we’ve come to expect, like automatic app updates, App Store promotions, placement in search suggestions, ratings and reviews on product listings(!), and more.Core Technology Commission. Apple is going to move all developers over to a new tax called the Core Technology Commission, in which developers who opt to sell apps outside the App Store will pay 5% of sales made through in-app promotions. The €0.50-per-install Core Technology Fee will be dropped as of January 1.
苹果的官方公告没有明确的写出细节，引用这两段的改动是核心内容，动作非常大。过去一段时间有好几个经济体模仿欧盟要对苹果下手，这个就是苹果给出的答卷了。如果要脱离苹果目前的体系就不能获得体系内的流量，而且要支付相当高的基础设施费用。我估计啊，欧盟不会满意。还得继续打。
